All products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners.
Because each item is produced specifically for you:
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
We aim to display product colours and designs as accurately as possible. However, screen settings may cause slight variations.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include GST where applicable.
We sell and ship within Australia only.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details.
6. Production, Shipping & Delivery
All items are made to order.
Production Time
Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production prior to dispatch.
Production times may extend during peak periods.
Shipping & Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery is estimated at:
8–15 business days to most metropolitan areas within Australia.
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, seasonal demand and postal carrier delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
7. Returns, Refunds & Faults
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
Incorrect sizing
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong colour or style
Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

All content on this website, including designs, artwork, logos, images and text, is the property of Luvabull World.
Our designs are created specifically for our brand and community and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
